เรื่องย่อ…Rusty Nail กลับมาที่ถนนอีกครั้งเพื่อลงโทษความอยุติธรรมในทุก ๆ ตา – และคราวนี้มีกลุ่มนักแข่งข้างถนนหัวร้อนกำลังเดินทางไปยัง Road Rally 1000 ขณะที่พวกเขาขับรถผ่านทางลัดที่รกร้างว่างเปล่า ทางไปสู่การแข่งขัน การเผชิญหน้ากับ Rusty กลับกลายเป็นเปรี้ยว และในไม่ช้าเขาก็กำลังติดตาม ล้อเล่น และทรมานพวกเขาไปจนสุดทาง

เรื่องย่อ…Rusty Nail is back on the road again looking to punish injustice at every turn – and this time it’s with a group of hotheaded street racers on their way to the Road Rally 1000. As they drive through a desolate shortcut on the way to the race, an encounter with Rusty turns sour and soon he is tracking, teasing and torturing them until the end of the road.
